Shipping Policy
About Product Delivery

Orders placed by customers will be delivered via "Yamato Transport".

If you use the Airport Post Office Pickup Service, your order will be shipped via "Letter Pack (Japan Post)".

Orders placed by JST 3:00 PM on Japan workdays will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japan public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Overseas shipping from Japan will be handled by Japan Post.

We cannot ship products to package forwarding services, PO boxes, or other proxy receipt services.

Pre-order items will be shipped within 2 months from the date of order.

For convenience store payments, orders will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.
Designated Delivery Date and Time

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

If you are in a hurry, please contact our support center before purchasing.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Please check the delivery status on the respective shipping company's website after shipment.

Combined Shipping

We do not accept requests to combine additional orders, or to bundle regular items with pre-order items in a single shipment.

TA-Q-BIN Compact / TA-Q-BIN: Flat rate of 500 JPY (excluding Okinawa and remote islands)

Free shipping nationwide for purchases of 5,500 JPY (tax included) or more.

Shipping to Okinawa and Remote Islands

If the shipping address is in Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands, an additional fee of 1,100 JPY (relay fee) will be charged.

The 1,100 JPY relay fee for deliveries within Okinawa Prefecture is not eligible for free shipping waivers.

Checking Delivery Status

You can check your shipping status from "Order History" on your My Page.

Delivery status can be checked via the "Kuroneko Yamato Parcel Inquiry System" or "Japan Post Tracking Service".

You will need the tracking number provided in the "Shipping Notification" email sent after preparation is complete, or listed in your "Order History".
Estimated Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped sequentially from the next business day at the earliest, and delivered within 1 to 4 days. (Excluding Golden Week, year-end/New Year holidays, and inventory periods).

Delivery dates vary depending on the shipping address. (Please check the required delivery days using the Yamato Transport or Japan Post expected delivery date search).

Products are shipped from our office: Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0014.
Absence During Delivery

If you are absent during the delivery of a product that does not fit in your mailbox, the shipping company will leave an "Absence Notice".

The retention period at the shipping company (Yamato Transport) for items that do not fit in the mailbox is up to 8 days after shipment from our company.

Please arrange a preferred delivery date within the redelivery period to receive your product.

Please note that if you do not receive the item within 8 days of the Absence Notice being left, your order will be canceled.

If you still wish to purchase the item, please place a new order.

If packages are repeatedly refused or returned due to long-term absence, we may restrict your future purchases.
Receiving Orders at Hotels, Friends' Houses, etc.

When placing an order, please be sure to enter the "Guest Name / Reservation Name" and "Check-in Date" in the shipping information.

Upon receiving the "Shipping Notification" email from us, please contact the hotel or your friend in advance to inform them of the incoming package and provide the tracking number to prevent the package from being refused.

Please note that if the recipient refuses the package and it is returned to us, handling fees will be charged for reshipment or refunds.
Important Notes

Deliveries may be delayed beyond the scheduled date due to traffic conditions, weather, natural disasters, human-caused disasters, or other circumstances.

Depending on the order details and warehouse arrangements, it may take about 3 to 7 days to ship.

Please note that if you do not receive the package within the shipping company's (Yamato Transport) retention period, it will be returned to us, and we will not be able to reship it.
