Regarding delivery

 

About product delivery

・ Products ordered by customers will be delivered by "Takkyubin Compact / Takkyubin (Yamato Transport)" or "Click Post (Japan Post)".

・ Orders placed "until 12:00 noon" on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.

・ Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

* Products ordered on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.

・ We do not deliver to overseas.

・ Products cannot be shipped to various transfer / receipt agency services such as overseas transfer service and PO Box service.

・ Reserved items will be shipped within 2 months of ordering.

・ In the case of convenience store payment, it will be shipped after payment is confirmed.


About delivery date and time specification

・ The date and time cannot be specified for product delivery.

* If you are in a hurry, please contact our support center before purchasing. (support@dhacorp.jp)

* Since it will be shipped in the shortest time, please check the homepage of each shipping company for the shipping status of the product after shipping.


About bundling

・ We cannot accept additional orders included in the package.

・ We do not accept bundled items for regular items and reserved items.


about shipping fee

・ Shipping fee is free of charge for those who purchase over ¥ 5,500 including tax.

* For information on Okinawa and remote islands, please see "Delivery to Okinawa and remote islands".

・ If the price is less than 5,500 yen including tax, 500 yen (tax included) will be charged separately.

・ If you register as a member, the shipping fee will be free.



About delivery to Okinawa and remote islands

・ If the delivery address is Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc., an additional charge of 1,100 yen (relay charge) will be added. * Free shipping is not applicable to the relay fee of 1,100 yen that is incurred when delivering to Okinawa prefecture.



About the shipping status of the product

・ You can check the shipping status from " Order History " in My Page.

・ You can check the delivery status from " Kuroneko Yamato's Luggage Inquiry System " or " Japan Post Tracking Service ".

・ You will need the order number listed in the "Product Shipping Information" email or " Order History " that will be sent to you after the product is ready to be shipped.


Days to deliver

・ We will ship sequentially from the next business day at the earliest, and deliver within 1 to 4 days. (Excluding Golden Week, New Year holidays, inventory period, etc.)

* However, due to the government's declaration of emergency due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

・ The delivery date depends on the delivery address (Please check the required delivery time by Yamato Transport's scheduled delivery date search or Japan Post's scheduled delivery date search ).

・ Products will be shipped from "Our office: 〒105-0014, Minato-ku, Tokyo)".


If you are absent

・ If you are absent when delivering a product that does not fit in the mailbox, the delivery company will send you an "absence card".

・ For products that do not fit in the post after shipping from our company, the storage period at the shipping company (Yamato Transport) is up to 8 days.

・ Please adjust your desired delivery date within the redelivery period and receive the item.

* Please note that if you do not receive the absentee card for more than 8 days after you receive it, your order will be cancelled.

* If you wish to purchase, please place an order again.

・ If you refuse to receive the item or if you continue to be unable to receive it due to your absence for a long period of time, we may limit your subsequent purchases.


Notes

・ Due to various circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, disasters, man-made disasters, etc., there may be a delay from the scheduled delivery date.

・ Depending on the contents of your order, it may take about 3 to 7 days to ship depending on the arrangement status of the storage warehouse.

・ Please note that if you do not receive the item within the storage period of the shipping company (Yamato Transport), it will be returned to us and cannot be reshipped.

・ Delivery date will change for advance reservations. Please check the delivery guide from the inquiry.

・ Delivery time will change if there is a "long-term holiday" period such as Golden Week, Obon, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
