SIM card setting method
Step 01
Power off your device and insert the SIM card to the SIM slot. For dual SIM device, please insert in slot 1.
Step 02
Please turn on the power of the terminal.
For Standard and Unlimited Plan, the setting should be automatic. If you cannot use it, please set the APN per below table
Mobile WiFi router
Access the setting tool from the WEB browser per WiFi maker's manual. Enter the below APN information per required and save it.
LTE compatible PC
Go to "Start"> "Settings"> "Network and Internet"> "Mobile Phone"> "Advanced Options"> "APN Settings"> "Add APN", and set up the APN per below table. Save the settings, and select "Nippon SIM".
Step 03
When LTE appears, service starts.
【Notes】
For iOS Customers (iPhone, iPad) with MVNO services If your service provider installed the configuration profile, you might not access to our LTE serivce. If you cannot connect automatically, please keep the download destination of the existing APN settings in a memo etc. and delete the existing profile: "Settings"> "General"> "Profile"> "Delete"
Customers using Android devices If you cannot connect to 4G / LTE after setting, change / save the authentication type in the APN setting to "CHAP", and then restart the terminal. If you cannot use it even after selecting "CHAP", select "PAP" or "PAP or CHAP" and restart.
