About possible communication difficulties on some of the Nippon SIM (Docomo SIM)
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your continued supports to Nippon SIM.
NTT Docomo had announced on 8th October that some of the genuine Docomo SIM cards may experience connections difficulties due to insufficiency during the SIM card manufacturing process. As a result, even though the SIMs can be functioned without issue now, there may be chances that the SIM will not be functioning per requirement in the future. In order to provide peace of mind to our customers, we would like to offer replacement of normal SIMs to all impacted customers
