 2. Applicable Products

Below Part numbers of Nippon SIM for Japan will be impacted

DHA-SIM -023/-025/-095/-113/-138/-139/-149/-150

 

 3. Reason

Maintenance service by request of NTT-Docomo/IIJ

 

 4. Impact on Service

New activation of SIM card service might not be possible during the maintenance period. Please activate your SIM out of the maintenance period.

 

 5. Memo

For SIM card already being using, the service will not be impacted.

Physical SIM cards that require activation during maintenance will be activated in sequence after maintenance is completed.
