*As this is a Full MVNO line, the carrier name on your device will appear as "M".

・In Japan, please use this service on eSIM-compatible devices that bear the Technical Conformity Mark (Giteki Mark).
 
・Please ensure you start using the service before the expiration date. It will become unusable once the date has passed.

・Rakuten smartphones (Rakuten BIG, HAND, mini, etc.) are not compatible with this service.
 
・For customers using iPhone models from Mainland China or Hong Kong:
 
Many of these models support physical SIM cards only and may not support eSIM. Please consider purchasing a physical SIM card version instead.
 
- Returns or refunds are not possible after the QR code has been scanned.
 
- Once a QR code has been loaded, it cannot be re-scanned or reused on another device.
