To have your order shipped on time, please be sure to purchase by 15:00 Japan time, 5 workdays before your arrival.

When ordering, please write down your flight number, arrival date and time, and the name of the recipient. (See diagram below)
If you could not make a note when ordering, please contact order@dhamobile.jp.

We need to verify your identity, so please be sure to place the order with the same name as your passport name.
Please note that you will not be able to receive it if you are an agent.

Please notice that Pick up is not availaible outside the airport post office business hours.
We will not refund the freight if changes of the shipping address due to unconfirmed business hours of each post office, etc.
