●About delivery

Orders placed before 15:00 JST on business days are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 15:00 JST, on weekends, or on Japanese holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For urgent orders, please contact customer support at order@dhamobile.jp

●Redelivery Fee

A redelivery fee will apply if shipment fails due to an incorrect Japan address.
Please ensure the building name / facility name is entered correctly.
For hotel deliveries, kindly provide check-in and check-out dates.

　Fee: ¥1,100 (We will arrange reshipment once the returned item arrives at our office.)

●Cancallation Fee

A cancellation fee applies once payment has been confirmed, regardless of the reason.

●Airport Pick-up (at Post Office)

When ordering, please provide your flight number, arrival date & time, and recipient name in the remarks.
The order name MUST match your passport name, or pick-up may be refused.
Airport pick-up is only available during post office business hours.
