Thank you for using Nippon SIM for Japan.
On February 5, 2021, some of our SIM services had a problem from around 9:00 am , but recovered at 19:34 pm on Friday, February 5, 2021.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.
Nippon SIM for Japan will continue to make efforts to further improve the service to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

As of 5th Feb, we had received several customers' report of some of the SIMs are not functioning properly. The issue has been fixed as of 19:34.

Normally, Nippon SIM for Japan Thank you for your patronage of our products.
On February 5, 2021, some of our SIM services have failed since around 9 am.

Malfunction phenomenon
Some SIMs in use are out of service.
We are currently working on recovery.

Symptoms
